Text Fade! 1) Open a new file FILE>NEW. 2) On the stage, type in a short word using the TEXT tool. 3) Select the text and go INSERT>CONVERT TO SYMBOL. Name it TEXT, click on MOVIE CLIP and then OK. 4) Insert a KEYFRAME on frame 30. 5) Click on frame 1 and the select MODIFY>INSTANCE. 6) Go to COLOUR EFFECT and select ALPHA from the drop down menu. Then move the slider down to 0 and click OK. 7) Right click on frame 1 and select CREATE MOTION TWEEN. 8) Select CONTROL>TEST MOVIE to see it in action!
